- Only HANDMADE craft objects that are the creation of the exhibitor may be displayed at the show. Any person exhibiting manufactured items may be dismissed from the show. No selling of candy or baked goods (finger foods) unless they are packaged as "gift sets".
- Entry fee is $40.00 for exhibit space/$50.00 for space with electric. The space size is approximately ten feet in length and four feet in depth. (Remember we are in the school hallways). Spaces with electric are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Fee payment will entitle exhibitor to one reserved exhibition area (see paragraph 7 regarding refunds). You must supply your own display table, rack, and chair.
- Spaces are reserved as applications are received. We cannot reserve spaces until we have received the application and entry fee, even for returning exhibitors. In the past, the Craft Show was sold out by the end of October, so please register early. Registration will not be accepted after November 15.
- Registration will be at the Gymnasium entrance doors where you will receive your exhibit space number and what door to go to unload your crafts. Doors open to exhibitors at 6:30 AM. Exhibitors are asked to arrive before 8:00 AM to avoid congestion at the entrance, as well as to take advantage of "event helpers" on site. Displays must be set up by 8:30 AM or earlier on Saturday morning and removed no earlier than 3:00 PM. You will be expected to observe these hours since that is what will be advertised.
- Exhibitors will consent to the use of their names and any photographs for publicity purposes without further permission unless they address any objections of limitations to the Clearview Band Parents Auxiliary in writing prior to the show.
- Exhibitors must leave a walking path for shoppers. If your exhibit interferes with walking traffic, you will be asked to move and assigned whatever space is available.
- In the event of severe foul weather, the show may be postponed or cancelled. If the weather is questionable, a decision will be made by 6:00 AM on the day of the show. Please do not call the school. Use the number (856)223-1040 if you have any doubts about cancellations. If the show is canceled by the Clearview Band Parents Auxiliary, you will receive a 50% refund of your space payment. All other cancellations are non-refundable.
- Parking - You may load and unload in appropriately marked areas. Do Not Set Up - just unload and move your car. WE ASK THAT YOU LEAVE THE CLOSER PARKING AREAS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. DO NOT PARK IN FIRE LANES OR IN FRONT OF FIRE HYDRANTS. YOU WILL BE TICKETED BY THE POLICE AND YOUR CAR MAY BE TOWED. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES YOU INCUR.
- We are conveniently located between historic Mullica Hill, Washington Township and Pitman business areas. We accept responsibility to target these areas via advertisements, local publications, etc. We will promote the events to the best of our ability.
